1. Confidentiality
I understand that the identities of all staff and participants in this bootcamp program are to be kept confidential. Privacy is important to attendees and staff of this bootcamp program. I agree to not use any audio or video recording devices during this bootcamp program. I agree that this program and its participants may be audio or video recorded by Honest Signalz. All footage of myself in-field will never be posted online without my consent.
2. Non-Disclosure
I understand this Program, marketing materials related to it, and its content contain copyrights, trademarks, and other original works of Honest Signalz, and that any duplication or derivative works are unlawful. I agree that I will not disclose to any such competing individual or company any of the content I am exposed to on the bootcamp program or use the information I learn in the bootcamp program as the basis for a competing business. This material is confidential, and for my personal private use only. Recording any portion of this bootcamp program will result in being removed from this bootcamp program without a refund.
3. Non-Compete
I do not and will not own, operate or work for a company or internet website that teaches men how to be successful with women and dating for 4 years after attending the bootcamp program, in any city. I will forfeit to Honest Signalz any revenue earned from operating or working for a company or internet website that teaches men how to be successful with women and dating during the 4 year period, and I am still obligated to keep all trade secrets confidential.
4. Limitation of Liability
I understand and agree that the ideas, concepts, techniques and views that I will be exposed to are opinions only, to be used for entertainment purposes only, and not to be considered as professional or legal advice. I agree never to use any of the content that I learn in an unlawful manner under any circumstances.
I agree that Honest Signalz, its instructors, or its principal shall not be liable in any way whatsoever for any damages as a result of my using or my inability to use the concepts I learn at this training and other third-party providers used, or any other product, service or content I am exposed to as a result of my relationship with Honest Signalz. I agree to forgo litigation and settle the matter using Binding Arbitration if a conflict should arise between Honest Signalz (including its staff and Principal) and I. Honest Signalz retains the right to refuse service and training to anyone at our discretion at any time.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
For bootcamps the cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
- If you cancel within 90+ days of the start of your bootcamp program: 100% refund
- If you cancel within 90-30 days of the start of your bootcamp program: We keep initial 50% deposit.
- If you cancel within 30 days of the start of your bootcamp program: We keep 100% of the cost.
In case of external (economic crisis, volcano eruption, pandemic, war, etc) or internal extenuating circumstances (family, personal, business, medical emergency, etc), we vouch to reschedule the bootcamp for a date within 6 months from the point of the agreed upon initial starting date and will coordinate with the client(s) to make it work. We would also cover any difference in travel or accommodation pricing (if applicable).
Only if we absolutely cannot meet the agreed-upon deliverables (conducting the bootcamp) within this newly agreed upon time frame are you eligible for a full refund.
6. Transfer Policy
If you transfer your bootcamp program to another date, the transfer policy is as follows:
- If you transfer 60+ days prior to the start of your bootcamp program: Free
- If you transfer 30-60 days prior to the start of your bootcamp program: We keep initial 50% deposit.
- If you transfer within 30 days of the start of your bootcamp program: We keep 100% of the cost.
7. Miscellaneous
I understand that the bootcamp program is going to be fun, intensive work, and I’m up for the challenge! I understand that you’ve invested many years to learn, organize and prepare all of this knowledge and training, and I agree to treat this material with respect. I agree and give you my word that I’ll attend all the live training bootcamp sessions, and be on time for them.
